Looks like the guy had some kind of masochistic tendencies and would get horny and masturbate if he got his ass kicked. Most recently, he got his ass kicked for so long that he beat off 4 times during the beating. :o
personally, if I was kicking some guys ass and he started masturbating or otherwise getting sexual, I'd run away as fast as I could.

This reminds me of a comedy routine.
The comedian was making fun of his gay brother. He said something to this end:
"You know, my brother Jake -- queer as a two dollar bill -- was actually a very big, strong kid. He looked like a mini Brock Lesnar. So, in junior high, other kids were initially afraid of him when he tried out for the wrestling team. They thought he'd be unstoppable.
He was, until they got to the mat. Jake would do great...until he came. Then it was easy to pin him!"
