Back in day we would have executed  any of the know nothing imbecile in this video if they did that illy hit at the gym.

I miss the old mom + pop type gyms with black iron and chalk dust and like minded guys who trained hard and we had the MAIN thing these tards are missing and that is camaraderie.

Indeed.  These idjits would have been laughed out of the gym if they even had the balls to enter.

They also would have been able to observe how to do things though.

One could say there is mental illness on this website and forum, when members feel the desperate need to post multiple different topic threads nearly everyday to spend their time... quite normal...

 :D  ^^

Gyms have really become the haven for mental illness. At the point where most of them are probably ruined by retards.
I hear the one I go to is like a different world at night. The kids, the filming, flexing, etc... I wouldn't be able to handle the retardation.
I would just be using my great home gym more than I do now if that were the case.

But at 5:30 AM when we go, maybe most gyms aren't too bad. Only the old folks and fairly serious folks are there?
(Or so it seems at least). We really dont have any tards like we see in these videos at that time...

I'm not gonna lie, Wes. I kind of agree with you but I grew up in our kinds of gyms and I had some asshole people that pushed me too far and caused injuries, too. Nothing against the gyms - but on the flip side there were some hardcore fuckers that were way too advanced to be pushing me the way they did at the time.

Still - I'd take training with Dave the nutcase over Valerie the social "influencer"

You're like me. I'd train @ 4-5:30 (showers opened at 5am) and get in before the morning rush. After my tibial plateau fracture I'm just training at home. I genuinely don't think I'll be able to get my left leg back up to standard, bro.

Tom still around? Or did the jab get him?
He was a bit triggered here, so I fear for his health...
