Indicted and whining. Gee, who would have thought that jail was supposed to be a pleasant experience? ::)
This proven liar is also stating he will represent himself in court. Hahahaha this is going to be gold.
And from this, we get this gem from this dimwit mosquito head.

Rep Louie Gohmert on Navarro indictment: "If you're a Republican, you can't even lie to Congress or lie to an FBI agent or they're coming after you".
---
Uhhh.... yeah, that's pretty much the standard for everyone. Nobody is allowed to lie to Congress or the FBI. ::)
Cue in the deflection, denial, Trumpturd spin and out of touch with reality bullshit topics to divert to and talk about instead.

What good is a politician who can't lie well?

You’re backing lurkers bullshit? I’m sure it has nothing to do with him suing everyone on the fake committee

No it doesn’t. Only in the heads of retards who need a reason to spin it so their delusions can exist.

Facts need no spinning.

Facts need no spinning.
What facts dipshit? The fact that Navarro is suing all the members of the fake “insurrection” committee and that it just so happens it came a few days before their Hollywood TV premier tomorrow or the fact that it was part of Navarro’s report that is being used to trigger all of the ongoing investigations that are still going on in all of the battleground states OR the fact that he said if the Republicans win the mid terms he would see too it that Biden is impeached (a real impeachment not the Trump dog and pony show) OR that he said he would lead the way to put Fouci in prison where he belongs.
The only good Marxist Is a dead Marxist

The facts listed in the original post. Which you are too stupid to understand obviously.
Navarro = indicted
Navarro = went to jail
Navarro = whines about his treatment in jail
Navarro = was going to represent himself (but now claims he is having trouble finding counsel)
Navarro = proven liar that no one believes
Those facts. Not the alternative facts in that retard chamber that sits on your shoulders.

Does it bother you that an American citizen, charged with a non-violent crime, was pulled out of an airport line, handcuffed, put in leg irons, and perp walked out of the airport, when all they had to do was call him and ask him to turn himself in?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. If he had complied with the courts orders then he would not have found himself in this situation in the first place.
Pretty sure they attempted to call him and had asked him to appear for the crime he was/is charged with and he didn't do so, so what is to make anyone think he would have complied with a request to go to jail? ::)

they pick and choose, all fake smoke/mirrors, all retards, all parties, all 'leaders"...

Nope.
"Former Trump trade advisor Peter Navarro was cuffed and dragged into custody Friday. For no reason: the 72-year-old said he would have voluntarily surrendered over his contempt of Congress charges relating to his refusal to work with the Jan. 6 Committee and noted he was given no warning that he was going to be arrested."

Same thing they did to Paul Manafort and Roger Stone.

Incorrect. He - all of them actually- knew they were being charged because they failed to comply with court orders. Pretty damn sure common sense says that if you don’t surrender they are going to arrest you. Thinking otherwise = ::).
If he would have voluntarily surrendered then he already would have and the whole scene would have been avoided. Actually if he complied in the first place he wouldn’t have had to worry about it at all.
Of course a proven and habitual liar like Navarro would say anything to make excuses.

None of them were contacted and asked to surrender, which almost always happens when you're dealing with non-violent alleged offenses. But you gotta be a civil libertarian to really care about law enforcement abusing private citizens, particularly for political purposes. It's un-American. The ACLU and liberals in general used to be all over stuff like this. Now they don't care.

Is there a law requiring that they have to be contacted and asked?

Of course not. That entirely misses the point. This is a can versus should issue. Can law enforcement bring all of their might with every prosecution (or in these cases partisan prosecutions)? Yes. Should they? No.
No fair-minded person believes it is appropriate for law enforcement to send dozens of armed officers before dawn to an old man's house, with an elderly wife, alert the media so they are present, and arrest him like a mobster for allegedly lying to Congress, especially without giving the guy an opportunity to just turn himself in. That's what they did to Roger Stone. Did the same thing to Paul Manafort. You can hate him or his politics, but that's some China/Russia/North Korea tactics right there. We should be much better than this. It's much bigger than politics.
-
Perhaps if Stone/Manafort/Navarro had surrendered themselves upon learning they were charged, there would be no need to go after them. Did they? Well.... that's what happens. They love attention so much and like being in the spotlight, they got it.
