If a get bigger was his Dr, the first thing asked would be:
Was he vaccinated?

*I'M* a Getbigger. So I feel it is important to ask:
Was he vaccinated?

They (his publicists) are blaming the Bell's Palsy, inflammation of cranial nerve 7, on Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. If you've ever had chickenpox as a child, you could very well develop Ramsay Hunt Syndrome with resultant one-sided facial paralysis as an adult. My issue is that it is typically more common in older adults, adults past the age of 60. Nonetheless, Ramsay Hunt Syndrome causes about 18% of the Bell's Palsy cases seen in adults.
If I had to guess, I'd say the Biebs likely has Herpes Simplex Virus from all the tail he has gotten throughout his young life. The prevalence of HSV-1 (Herpes of the mouth virus) in patients with Bell's palsy tends to be around 50%. Herpes Simplex Virus can cause the same swelling and inflammation to cranial nerve 7. That little virus will fuck up that region surrounding your ear and sometimes you can experience tenderness right behind the ear.
Anywho, it could have always been caused by the vaccine, but I wonder if that guy even got that pesky chemical shot into him. The postulation behind how the vaccine results in bell's palsy is supposedly that it causes certain immunomodulation that allows for dormant viruses (like chicken pox or Herpes Simples) to awaken from latency. They wake up and for whatever reason, attack cranial nerve 7 (facial nerve) with resultant facial paralysis.
Question is, which dormant virus would the vaccine be re-awakening in Bieber, chickenpox (culprit behind Ramsay Hunt) or Herpes Simplex-1? My money is on the Herp....

While I agree with pretty much all of your post, just want to point out yet another flaw in lexical research. Yes, it’s true HSV-1 is prevalent in about 50% of Bell’s palsy cases the estimated population carrying HSV-1 is between 60-75% of the population. Testing for HSV is not done in standard STI testing, is not tracked by health departments, and is also not screened for in donated blood as it is just too common.
Many so-called “links” to HSV-1 are results of poor research practices. I would not and cannot rule out the BP and HSV connection but they are full of shit to claim they know. As it is with so much of medicine and nutrition the lack of true knowledge is frightening.
Crazy to think basically everything we know about nutrition is total theory with no absolute truths.

To your point that "...as it is just too common" - I agree.
I think the vast majority of people (60-75%) will live with HSV-1 throughout their lives with very little consequences besides an isolated oral sore or two during their lifetimes. Moreover, something I read years ago from the CDC is that if someone with HSV-1 performs oral sex on another person, they can transmit the virus and the HSV-1 causes genital herpes due to HSV-1 infection (literally HSV-1 behaving just as HSV-2 would: https://www.cdc.gov/std/herpes/stdfact-herpes.htm (https://www.cdc.gov/std/herpes/stdfact-herpes.htm)).
The only times when I've heard/seen of true HSV complications is in the elderly or immunocompromised when the HSV comes out to play from their dormant refuge within the spine and causes something like HSV Encephalitis.

Beiber's wife reportedly had a transient ischemic attack recently.
"The right side of my face started drooping. I couldn't get a sentence out," she continued. "Immediately, I thought I was having a stroke, like a full-blown stroke."
"Doctors told Bieber she experienced a transient ischemic attack, or TIA, which Bieber described as "like having a mini-stroke." According to Mayo Clinic, a TIA is similar to an ischemic stroke, as both are caused by blood clots stopping blood supply to the brain. Though strokes and TIAs have similar symptoms, TIAs usually last a few minutes and don't cause permanent damage."

There's plenty of data out there that can help us attack the vaccine if need be or wanted. Don't need Bieb's to do it.
People are dying of 'sudden / unexpected' heart death. Folks can come to any conclusion they wish are free to their opinion on the clot-shot.
Not offense meant to you of course, but yes, I question everything, trust no one...

Attacking the vaccine? Nowhere in my post did I attack the vaccine brother. On the contrary, I kind of made it very obvious that in my list of differentials, I left a vaccine reaction as the last likely cause and moreso attributed "vaccine reactions" to a possible reawakening of dormant viruses, which is a common property to many vaccines we have seen over the years. If anything, I hung my hat on the more likely scenario of Justin simply being a whore. Additionally, even if the vaccine "could" have been behind it, it still wouldn't be the direct cause of facial paralysis, instead, it would lead to awakening of dormant viruses (chickenpox or herpes) that could "possibly" cause facial paralysis.
Anywho, it could have always been caused by the vaccine, but I wonder if that guy even got that pesky chemical shot into him. No you certainly did not 1. I saw no vax boo booing there. But the vax has its own way of drawing suspicion as we sure are seeing a lot of fucked up medical issues and deaths after the roll out so supporters are doing backflips to stifle discussion.
I just like to point out some of the many bullshit studies and statistical manipulation that the mainstream allopathic medical system loves to peddle.
Look at smoking/Tobacco. Back in the 70’s about 80% of Americans smoked or used tobacco. Today that number is down to about 13%. Lung cancer peaked around 1987 at 86 cases per 100k. Today still about 56 cases per 100k and a huge causal factor of lung cancer has been removed from our society-asbestos. So overall not much affect on lung cancer rates.
Now let’s look at some other facts. As Tabacco use has declined, obesity rates have proportionally INCREASED. Healthcare costs per person have gone from roughly $550 per person per year in 1975 to $13,000 per person per year. Average lifespan has actually been trending DOWN over the last 7 years. Also consider lung cancer strikes usually at advanced age, over 65. Obesity issues take you out much earlier.
I don’t advocate for smoking, but it sure looks like we traded a not great thing for an even worse awful situation.

I believe the mainstream allopathic medical system is heavily driven and controlled by its financial masters. Moreover, I believe medicine as a whole, is a very broken system in many respects. I long for the day when preventive care truly takes hold and we can stop chasing after symptoms with band-aid solutions that just buy time. I really hope that a time arrives when human beings take into consideration the importance of sleep/recovery, a healthy/balanced diet, moderate daily exercise (HUGE), stress-reduction and MENTAL HEALTH.
Going on a tangent here...
Unfortunately, as a society, western culture puts forth a myth (dare I say cultural artifact) whereby we ingrain into the minds of our people that life is incomplete without goal fulfillment. In many respects, we've woven this belief into our minds as some sort of tragic existential fact of life. Western culture drives us into a monotonous cycle of working, making money, and spending it on consumer-oriented products that help us appease our egos to try and keep up with the perception of what our society views as successful or happiness-inducing. When you train "slaves" to think in this fashion, they lose their sense of self or authenticity and as a result of this, their health takes a backseat to the superficial things they instead prioritize.
With that, I believe our healthcare system is the perfect counterpart to this consumeristic society we belong to. It's not trying to extend our lives and make us healthier, it's just trying to patch us (the machines) up and keep us working on our tasks as to not let the wheels fall off the societal wagon.
Anyhow, I'm done with my soapbox. Thanks for the great chat!
P.S. I am not a communist or some socialist. I am a libertarian, but I also believe in balance. We've gone too far in this society and have allowed for our purpose to be dictated by government, media and Hollywood talking heads.

What’s more interesting is people aren’t interested in what the truth is.
Agnostic was a police officer, he reads OMR’s post and determined that it was an attack against the vaccine, WHICH WE NOW KNOW is having new information regarding issues associated with it come out, and many of the issues are related to the production of said vaccine and bad batches being distributed. This is a FACT, yet here we have a former member of LE who has apparently made up his mind on a situation that is still evolving as new information is trickling out.
My point being is it seems once people have made up their mind nothing will change what they decide is the truth.
Good win for the media, get the “news” out first and people will believe the first idea they’re told.
-
Love the tangent, and you are spot on. Full disclosure wife is a primary care Dr and I used to run her office when she had her own practice. Insurance companies run most Drs treatment regimens. They are in turn influenced heavily by pharma (CVS owns one of the largest health insurance companies in the US, Aetna).
I wish we spent 1/4 of the money we spend on pharma development and redirected that money to nutrition and metabolism science. It’s crazy that you can spend years reading all we know about nutrition and realize everything we consider part of a healthy diet (maybe with the exception of calories but even that has nuances) is actually theory. Not based on conclusive evidence based science. That’s why fad diet and snake oil salesmen can sell bullshit that changes every 5-10 years.
They say climate change is “settled science“. But they can’t even agree if fucking butter or egg yolks are healthy or not.

Apparently not a very good one based on what we've seen from his opinions and posts here. He comes across quite frankly as a government lackey with no independent thought of his own.

I’m sure he’s a good dude and intelligent in real life but some of the stuff he posts here acting as if what he said is the final word on the matter is bothersome.
It’s like those troll videos where people are filming police cars and government buildings telling the police they’re exercising their constitutional rights, some of these guys believe their words are the only ones that matter.

God bless you.
Primary care practices truly do the Lord's work. With reimbursement rates as shitty as they are and with stiff competition from both multi-board certified specialists (that have internal medicine + GI or IM + Cardiology etc) that set up one-stop shop practices that provide both primary care and specialty care, plus not to mention the large hospital systems that buy up real estate and erect their own primary care, urgent care and free-standing ED's, I think it would be downright impossible in some cities for those that solely provide primary care to survive. They are a brave, yet dying breed.
You experienced the madness firsthand and truly saw that a physician is just a doctor by name. Insurance companies drive what type of care they provide and pharmaceutical companies dictate what drugs (remedies) work. The physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are merely salesmen on the ground that come decorated with soft hands, white lab coats and with stethoscopes they pass on as fancy necklaces.
Sadly, it's not their fault. This is what the system has become.

Agnostic is one of the "anyone but Trump" crowd. In other words he's the kind of guy that would prefer that this entire country suffer and decline financially and morally while watching our freedoms get stripped away than have someone in office that he disagrees with. The whole cut off his nose to spite his face type of person.
