I think Mark Henry had previously set the record in 2002 at 360-lb.

In 2010, Big Z could probably be argued to be the strongest man in human history. Since then, he has been surpassed...but I think in 2010, that argument could have been made.

Very impressive. If not only for the thickness of the lifting bar. That pressing is quite amazing. Most will push press or jerk overhead. .

Looks like he's doing the Continental clean/lift and jerk. Similar to the old Anyhow overhead lift (getting a weight off the floor and overhead anyhow you can).

Good stuff Gym-Rat.

Honestly, no one still comes close when it relates to the number of world records, success in both PL and Strongman, number of major titles, etc.

Some have broken his records, but none come close in longevity, number of titles, etc.

When you throw in the fact he tore both patellar tendons early in his career and then still went on to do all he did it it makes it even more impressive. (If that's possible).

He is and always will be the GOAT.

One thing to note about his records is that he always set them in competition among other events. He wasn't dedicating everything to performing on one lift and still did them better than everyone else.

Amazing strongman. That girl who interviewed Big Z is a cutie. Just a bit of an annoying voice but she makes up for it with her little figure. Here she is interviewing Eddie Hall in 2014 while he is holding the deadlift bar with all that weight lol!
