Bad ass

Does he use the gym? That is the important thing. It looks unused.

A home gym would have been great during the scamdemic but I’m happy to be back at my commercial gym. I love to lift but I also love the scenery gyms provide. The girls come to put on a show and I’m the willing audience. Love the ass!

You should only be thinking of the mind/muscle connection when training.

That is awesome. I have plenty of equipment but I would love to get a new building.Mine is an old barn that I have expanded in a couple places.

Nice home gym, Cook.
GR, awesome, bro.

Rambone has his somewhere. I believe his is an actual room in his house. That would be great as mine can get pretty hot or cold.

Nice.

I had a buddy many years ago and he had a 3 bedroom house and that whole thing was gym. He had a power rack and deadlifts platform in his living room. It was a bit of an eyesore but it was great too. Then he got married and that gym went the way of hanky’s pool table.

Having plantation shutters in the garage probably threw you off ;)
Nice.
Fantastic man!! :) :)
Thanks, big guys! The coolest piece of the equipment is cut off a little bit, but it's an iso leg press. Fairly unique since I never seen them in any commercial gyms.
It's an older, beat-up version of this. Came from FAU's football gym

Nice setups studs!
Cook's gym reminds me one of the first places i trained. Inside an old hay barn my friend's dad had a setup like that, but not nearly as nice. Had those old plastic weights with sand and a pulldown cable setup.
I bet it gets a little toasty in there in the summer.

I believe you are from Texas too so yeah you know how hot it gets. I have been buying (mostly second hand) equipment for the better part of 40 years. My wife is big on garage sales and often people will have training equipment that’s in their way and will let it go cheap. I had a lot of stuff but my building was 10 x 24 ft so I spent more time moving stuff than training so I went to a great local commercial gym.About 7 years ago they told us they were closing so I knocked one wall out and expanded 12 ft outward. So my gym is about the size of a two car garage. It’s really perfect for me because I train alone which I have come to enjoy.
