I posted a while back about dropping bf and many suggested Clen. Thank you to all. After reading numerous articles and websites each suggesting a different cycle of clen, I am confused and am looking for the most effective way to take clen and what to take with or after it. Some have suggested Clen/ECA-2wk on/off cycle, some suggested Clen/T3 2wk on/off, some Clen/T3 together and some just Clen but w/ Ketoifen or Benadryl for 4-6 weeks. Before all the smartass comments come out can any suggestions on the most effective way to take Clen in which they've had success would help. Thanks

I generally take clen for two weeks at a time & then take two weeks off. Here's my usual schedule:
40mcg, 40mcg, 40mcg, 40mcg, 80mcg, 80mcg, 80mcg, 80mcg, 120mcg, 120mcg, 120mcg, 120mcg, 80mcg, & 40mcg (then two weeks off)

Some people bridge with the ECA but I generally don't.

ECA helps some people with the crash and appetite supression. I was ravenous when I tried clen.

If available I like to bridge ECA with clen. I feel clen's effectiveness dies after around a week, so I like 1 weeks on and 2 off(with eca). ANd I like to run high doses during that week. around 5-8 tabs(20mcg each)
