It´s not important if he wears a hair piece or not, fact is he´s in great condition.

I agree, these are top of the line wigs that really look like the real thing! And he keeps them in fantastic condition!

Did he say "first we're doing a pre-lube"?
Do they take the fake plates with them wherever they go?

He actually does reps with the weights you use for 1-2 reps, how amazing is that ? :D

Oh that hurts. It hurts deep.
-
He has plenty that can be made fun of, but his strength is top of the heap.
Vids with him training with some WSM competitors, and being stronger (than them) in some pressing movements.
And being older.
Duck eggs, no nutz, frogger, wigz, natty,... all valid laughing points.
His strength, nope, that's legit.

He must have a line up of them, short, medium length, long, blonde highlights, no high lights, and goes through great lengths in keeping them in fantastic condition

Very strange workout for a bodybuilder.
225x1
225x1
315x1
315x1
365x1
415x1
415x4
415x4 board press
I guess it works for him though. Maybe there are other sets that weren't shown.

He mixes it up. Some videos he talks about warming up with 10 reps them doing 3-4 reps. Other times 15-20 reps.

perfectly executed exercise.
-
The question is how long can he keep it up for? There’s a breaking point for everyone and nobody beats Father Time. You can prolong it and he’s done a great job at doing it especially at the age he is now and the weights he’s using

Mike is the Lebron James of the Fitness Industry.

Looks like something Charles Glass would come up with.

Orange wig is the new black wig
So now that we know Mike's true power....Puerto Rican wig = highest power setting.
But what about his other power sources? Did his Cambodian wig take down Pol Pot? Did his "Just For Men" grey wig, steal a role from George Clooney?
Should his hair pieces be in the next Avenger movie?
-
All natural too.
-
Reg people have power ties, power suits, Mike has power wigs, it’s the difference between repping 405 or 275 on the incline benching

He pretty much trains like a powerlifter, or at least a hybrid powerlifter/bodybuilder

Disagree, he trains as a bodybuilder, or more specifically a bodybuilder/powerlifter hybrid.
-
Still has very impressive strength.

Have to agree there, looks like a potential shoulder wrecker.

All natural too.
Bhahahaha!

Does it matter?

Agree 100% ! look at some of his basic lifts even behind the neck press. I don´t do it myself but his strength in this lift is amazing :)

I don't how his shoulders handle that type of stress for behind the neck presses, and after all these years.

When you’re on a boat load of PEDs, it really does not matter what your workout is.

Honest raw power and Kevin too....

saw a video of Mike doing insane DB flys on a negative bench too.

Say what you will, but Mike is well spoken, has good charisma and is easy to follow through these workouts. I have never sat for any of his YouTube videos, but this one was easy to follow. Just the mere fact that he isn't screaming, mumbling through his words or making stupid faces is already a win on his part. The fact that he speaks good English, isn't dressed like a circus clown and appears to have solid strength, all the better. I can easily watch Mike doing his thing over Phil Heath, Ronnie Coleman or Kevin Levrone.
My only critique about Mike is that as good as that wig looks from the front and sides, it looks like a brillo pad from the back and it's highly distracting. That said, I don't think anyone has the balls to tell Mike to his face about this obvious aesthetic flaw.

incline bench is all front delts
-
incline bench is all front delts
Never use the word all when referring to muscles contracting.
-
incline bench is all front delts
This is actually funny because normally you're the first one who always points out the fact you can't isolate a muscle or an area of a muscle.
Sure front delts are involved but even if you do decline benches or dips a multitude of assistance muscles are active

Bro...
-
Impressive that he is bigger at 53 than he was at 26.

Mike is still trying to figure how he never filled Fabio’s shoes.
