Title: Supplements that actually worked
Post by: The Keto Kid on July 25, 2022, 10:02:52 PM
Throughout the years I'm sure we all tried a vast array of supplements, being suckered in by the marketing of all the different bodybuilding magazines and whatnot. Some were shit, but there were some that were incredible.
One I can remember was this supplement called Resurrect PM by Ronnie Colemans signature series, this was right when he launched his line. Anyway at the time I was actually sponsored by a local supplement shop where I lived and I got compensated with $250 a month in supplements. The owner recommended I try this particular supplement, he said take it before bed and you'll sleep like a baby. So I try it and no joke the first night I slept 10 hours and woke up feeling amazing, and this continued each night, I mean a bomb could've exploded in my room and I'd be sound asleep. The product at some point got discontinued, I think it had some Grey area compounds in it, but till this day I'll never forget how effective that supplement was.

Phenibut. Serious drug. Many companies used Phenibut briefly, until the complaints started coming in.

A friend of mine used that Mitotropin by gaspari and lost so much weight you'd think he had a terminal disease. He may have had thyroid issues that it compensated for, idk but it was creepy. I remember clearshots being strong. Dosed properly, citrulline malate is good stuff.

I gotta Google it, what's it used for?

Russian drug for anxiety etc. Safe for short durations. Extremely addictive. It's similar to Gabapentin, Pregablin, Baclofen etc.

Extraordinarily addictive.  Also quickly build a tolerance so more and more is needed. But in high enough doses its positively euphoric.

I can remember taking a dose of the original Hydroxycut and some Ultimate Orange before a workout. I thought I was going to rip the steering wheel out of my car on my to the gym.

Interesting, I was using it for about 3 months and it got discontinued, most likely pulled due to this compound I assume.

Ripped Fuel And 1 AD
Absolutely, Ripped Fuel was amazing I remember I was in college I would take it before training, I would run 6 miles on the treadmill at a good pace, I'd get off, grab a drink of water, and then weight train for an hour, then go to class all day. That stuff was incredible.

No, my sleep went back to the 6-7 hour range, my recovery wasn't as good. Honestly that sleep was glorious, but deep down I knew that product had something in it. I take a 5mg edible these days and get pretty similar results.
