That's a very interesting question with regard to many "digital nomads", influencers and "content creators" living in some shithole country like Thailand etc.

A buddy of the guy this thread is about, a German BB/"fitness influencer" living in Thailand as well, posted a video several weeks ago telling that he almost bled to death from hemorrhoids these days. His hematocrit was as low as 19, and his hemoglobin around 5, so literally life-threatening. Still, 2 local hospitals sent him away because he had no insurance, while a 3rd one only treated him after seizing his credit card and charging him an outrageous amount of money.

I think some of these guys don't even realize that they're living right on the edge, being by themselves in some shithole 3rd world country living the "BB lifestyle" on tons of drugs, when shit hits the fan it can go downhill rapidly. But hey, most probably think they're young and indestructible :-\

I mean it's a pretty simple surgery for the most part just reattaching tendons, plus he doesn't compete so if there's imbalances or whatever its not a big deal. Either way the guy is super annoying.
