Already had two hip replacements.
During that hip replacement had some other major surgery.
Will be dead soon.
Or at the very least renal failure.

The guy should cut his gh and insulin in half, train once a day, bring his food down, and absolutely dominate classic physique. He'd absolutely crush it, but sadly his ego won't allow him to do such a thing. His 300lb off season was all glycogen and water retention (fake muscle) once he started dieting it all came off and he was left with the exact same physique he had 3 years ago.

He wouldn't stand the slightest chance in classic physique, there are guys with way better structure and fuller, rounder muscle bellies (especially arms). His muscle bellies would probably even get worse if he'd lose that much weight.

I'm actually a big fan of his since back in the day, it just pisses me off to see him not reach his true potential, he's really stubborn in his ways, he said in his stories that he sucks at bodybuilding, which definitely is not true. He needs to completely revamp his approach, he trains way too much, the diet of super low fat/ super high carbs is a terrible strategy. He needs to hire a real coach Chad/Hani/Aceto/Jansen anyone of these guys would be a tremendous help to him.

Needs to hang up the thong and enjoy what life he has left.
-
After how Andrew Jacked looked, i think a lot of guys should probably just hang up the posing trunks.

He's 34 and has absolutely nothing in life but BB. Never had a job, never did anything else. He's going to do this shit literally until he's passing out in the gym or on stage.

He looks super old due to his high carb diet, all these carbs day in and day out, especially processed sugar he eats a ton of cereal and pre intra post simple sugars will age the fuck out of you. And low fat, fat is what keeps your skin looking healthy.

Is Fritz of the same vintage as Ronny Rockel and Andres Muntzer?

The power of drugs
Lol. Wtf is up with his hair in the 2008 pic?
-
You're funny. ;D
It's actually true though, sugar not only ages you externally, but internally as well. Do some research.

already fucked up hair in his late teens early 20’s, drugs sped it up quicker

That's not why he looks old.
It's called genetics.
Same reason i look 10 years younger than my age. Same as my dad and both my brothers.

This. I always thought I must be doing something special (diet, supps, staying out of the sun etc) to look a decade younger than my age. Then I looked at my sisters who do nothing special and they all look 2 decades younger.

Nah, so many different components to aging...stress for sure is paramount, diet, lifestyle, exercise, exposure to toxins...I'm 5 years older than my brother, everyone thinks I'm the younger brother. My brother got married young (stress), smokes cigarettes, never been on a diet in his life, rarely gets in the sun, lives in the Midwest, hair is receding and thin. I've been an athlete my entire life, started dieting at 16, took up nutrition courses in college, moved out west at 23, never married, spend majority of my days outdoors, incorporate numerous therapies such as prolonged fasting, ice baths, deep tissue work, iv therapy monthly (glutathione), full head of hear...lots of different things contribute to aging.

For sure my dude.
I do believe there are benefits to going low carb and/or carnivorous, which is what i believe you do.
But i believe the number one factor is genetics.
Just look at Asians. Every single one of them looks 20 years younger until they hit 60, and then it drops off a cliff.
Africans typically never look their age after 50.
Your lifestyle plays an important role too.
My oldest brother worked outside in the sun for 20 years and he still looks just like me. While other people get too much sun for a few years and look like hanky.
And i'm thankful i have the most hair out of my brothers and i'm the only one who used AAS. So it's not always black and white.

Yeah i've always lived a healthy lifestyle and taken care of my myself for the most part.
Yet my oldest brother is an alcoholic and smoked 2 packs a day for the last 20+ years. Worked outside in the Texas sun for 20 years.
We look very similar. If he shaves his beard he looks the same age as me.
Hell my oldest sister looks 30 and is well into her 40's.

:'( his hair is very very angry at him. What would make a man not shave it all off.?
