For the GetBigger who may want deals on fart-powder. (For the non fart-powder folks, please ignore).
If you have a "Big-Lots" store near you, I notice they are loaded with this Protein brand right now. (Maybe gone out of business, etc)??
At least the stores near me are. Unsure why. They get their hands on different things at different times I guess.
Unsure of what that store actually does (Big-Lots) for its business model.
But this stuff sells online for 34.99 (which I would never pay) but I found it at Big-Lots for 9.99. For almost 2-lbs.
The stuff seems very clean tasting, and not loaded with too much crap/fillers.
Mixes very easy, even with a spoon in milk (no clumps). Has a very good flavor (not real sweet).
I bought 3 of 'em after first buying and trying one. I like a shake or two a day, also mixes easily in oatmeal and yogurt, etc.

20 grams per serving.....I always buy the 30 grams per serving, then some of these fuckheads tell you that you need two huge shovel sized scoops just to get the 20 or 30 grams per serving which means you`ll be buying it around the clock.
I wouldn`t even use the shit but my appetite in the AM is just non-existant.

Yup, I like to eat maintenance calories, then a drink or two for 500-1000 above maintenance.
Keeps my gut from expanding...

$5//lb for whey is excellent right now.
Used to be able to get that with myprotein.com 11lb bags, but those are 3x price now.
Truth though, didn't notice any difference when I stopped using the powders, but they are super convenient.

Good point G.A......once I conditioned myself to eating solid food in the morning......no change at all.
I might buy a bunch of that stuff just in case a chicken or egg farm/facility gets torched or something.......I`m heading to my doctors which is near a Big Lots store. :D

I think that is all they are good for honestly (convenience). And of course, if you love milkshakes like I do, they can be tasty.
With the last month being 90 degrees and brutal (and true) every day i've been downing these sucka's.
Milk
Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Vanilla Protein
Banana
Egg whites
Couple of ice cubes
Man are they good (and ice cold)...

Yes, totally.
Creatine prices seem to be creeping towards the original Phosphagen levels.
I bought a 2lb bag from bulk supplements, but I can't imagine what that costs now.

I stumbled upon that MuscleStore site once and immediately liked that logo as well.

That sounds good. The other day I bought a 6lb bag of vanilla ON from Costco, after not having any powder for six months, as I mention.
I'm using it to add 25g of protein to my night meal of greek yogurt, and to mix in oatmeal since I'm going to add in some more carbs and calories. Found myself getting a bit stringy as baseball wears on.

I used DPS when they first started for years. I found myprotein was cheaper eventually, but haven't check in years.
micronutrients has great health based stuff
-
That's a really good price. $.35/serving for 20 gram protein. 28 oz container or $5.71/lb
Amazon and Target sell it for $20.49. https://www.amazon.com/Integrated-Supplements-Protein-Isolate-Supplement/dp/B00147XT60
Whey is going up in price I've read.
Generally, whey is more expensive than eating eggs but it's convenient and now eggs have gone up in price a lot.
Some people avoid eggs for health reasons also.

throw some peanut butter in, extra protein plus great taste enhancer, if you can afford the extra calories. I can't... :D :D :D :D

I bought two big tubs of Creatine (200 servings each (400 total) for very little money before Bidenflation kicked in fully.
It was pretty cheap. (Normal prices).
Now it costs 6-10X more for many suppliers. Demturdz can even fuck up the lowest cost supplement on the planet...
Useless kult of retardz honestly...

I do for another recipe, not this one. I like the banana milkshake I used to get at the local shop.
PB will ruin that...
I do make a PB and Chocolate one on occasion..

Some of the best stuff ever made.....if you bought Jubinville equipment back in the day,you probably still have a functioning piece of equipment.
Lost my Juby sweatshirt in a bar in Florida......I was pissed.
