Title: Need Help Looking For Dairy Free Protein Drinks/foods
Post by: Fallsview on August 25, 2022, 05:34:43 PM
Anyone have a dairy allergy? I understand whole foods are best but I'm looking to supplement a good dairy free drink along with the meals. I'm finding out that they may be lactose free but not milk/whey free.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Serious question...Any Kroger's up there?  I find their selection to be dizzyingly large.

I don't have a dairy problem...but it seems I remembered seeing products there for people with that.

Muscle milk zero. It’s non dairy and zero sugar. Tastes Great.

Soy milk and proteins have similar protein content to regular milk and soy is around 90 score for dcaas (whey is 110). Amdno it would not aromatise unless you have a rare genetic predisposition.

Pea protein based drink, ideally with some added brown rice protein is the best alternative.

Carnivore Beef Protein (Vanilla) & Lactaid low-fat milk.
Muscle-Meds says their beef protein isn't just collagen. But who knows...
I had a jug and it wasn't bad. Didn't mix the greatest by hand, but OK in the Silver-Bullet.

I don’t know if it’s an allergy but I find that when I’m eating ice cream regularly  I get more clogged up in the sinuses. I suspect the combo of sugar  and dairy produces a lot of inflammation.
