Back in the day I posted on a veritable shitload of boards and was also a moderator on a ton of them as well.
Just yesterday I stopped over at MD and it STILL sux.....then I went over to "skipload" Skippys "intensely" shitty board and it was a ghost town with old threads still talking about Dogcrapp training.
I can no longer be an elf.wizard/jedi and piss you guys off since that craps also gone. ;D
Always hated Pro-Muscle.....just felt too cliquey (sp).
Where else do you guys post if you do.
I mean this asylum is home and always will be, but when it`s slow and granny porn gets boring, I like to read about others opinions on the shittier boards cuz none will ever equal what Big Ron has set up for us here.
Is there any other boards left actually worth reading.....I more than likely wouldn`t post on any but I like to see others points of view.

Just recently I tried to log on to Joe Roarks board.....great guy in my book but he must have removed me since it`s been so long since I`ve posted there.
As far as Iron Age goes,I loved it......me,Jeff Preston,and Ken B. were the first mods there but as you said it imploded.....when Jeff left, me and Ken left with him......Jeff added me to the list of guys who started the Raw Iron but it was all Jeff......another great guy and a friend......."Stomp Curls Of Peace". :D
Jeff started Raw Iron which is great but it`s so slow it`s a ghost town now.
Used to love Drapers board but have no clue if it`s still active or not since Dave passed.

I`m a friend of Pauls.....he used to post on my old board.....we stay in touch here and there when I get stupid and visit Facebook which is few and far between......I guess he was in a fucked up mood that day......he got really sick for a while there.
I`d close my FB account but my wife plays some stupid game on hers and mine.

I know what you mean. It gives the impression that there's something there, that they are more advanced than they are, they are so loaded. But when you start picking it apart you see there's not much there as far as muscle bellies and so on.

I tried it....didn`t like it.....weird exersices and how could anyone possibly beat the logbook you were supposed to keep every week without hitting a plateau or getting injured sooner than later.
It sucked and all who used it seemed to just be a bunch of permabulkers.

This is the only board i really post on.
I lurk on various boards associated with anything from auto-racing to home improvements.
I've learned most boards are filled with annoying know-it-all boomers who just sit around all day trying to correct people.
So, i may ask a question or something, but it's more for just research.
Crazy story, i actually found Getbig from a Ford Mustang website called Stangnet. Met some funny guys on there and one was a BBer who posted here way back in the day. This was 99-00 i think.
The other BBing boards are moderated too heavy and like many said already, clicky. Like in high school. Plus most people just post lies all day because they know nothing about BBing and speaking the truth about this fucked up "sport" is heavily frowned upon.

Honestly, everything is too over-moderated. This place became home a long time ago and it's been a blessing.
Shit, just the other day I got banned for 2 weeks from Twitter, from TWITTER!. It's sickening on many levels that people have become too sensitive to take a joke or even openly talk about subjects that are no longer considered politically correct.
Here, I think we are VERY reasonable. For someone to get banned, you have to do a lot and I mean a lot. We tend to give a Time Out on occasion for a week or two, but honestly, we are as lenient as it comes.

Ironage was awesome. Started getting good when a lot of old time guys were posting regularly: Joe Meeko, Richard Baldwin, John Defendis, Serge Nubret.
True Adonis trolled Serge Nubrets thread by posting pics of himself. Someone posted 'ignore him. He’s a troll from getbig.' So I checked out getbig and never went back to Ironage again.
I peruse pro muscle but like someone else said: it's clickish.
I read anabolicminds occasionally. It's fairly active for training and supplements and diet information but sometimes unintentionally hilarious "ive been using creatine for 2 weeks and think im getting gyno. Help what do i do?" But theres nothing like gossip and opinions.

IronAge was great for quite a while, after Perine sold it to Scalise and company, it went downhill.

One guy said he'll continue to send "Derek" (More Plates) money each month for his "proven bunk" Turk-Supp, because "Derek wouldnt lie to us". ::)
(And those test-results "must be fake").
Some comedy gold.

Went on today and saw Steve from SNS (supplements) came out with some new herbal "test/muscle booster" people are saying "take my money" and "I just ordered 14 bottles" etc.
They take everything under the sun (as it relates to these products) and their physiques never change. Odd...
