This is the only fellow in my gym who is leaner than me. Meaning, if you had to pick the two leanest and most muscular people at my gym, if would be this guy, and then me:

^ That guy is the most muscular guy at my gym, by far. Then I'd say no one is particularly close to him. Then me. Then everyone else. Maybe five relatively muscular and lean men even train there out all.
No one else you'd even guess trains.
That's out of at least 500 members.

FYI, 40-60 years old is still considered middle-aged. Sure people like to say this is that; for example 60 is the new 40. Yada, yada, yada. People are what ever age they are. For me it is 78 is the new 78. The difference is the new 78 is a lot healthier than it once was... which for most folks was dead and buried.
In seeing those recent photos of you once again, I must admit Walter has a point. You have that suspicious circle around your tits which could very well be gyno. Whatever that is, it is not a good look on you. I am not telling you this to be mean. Stop using gear. You aren't a good responder.

Let's review the risk factors! I will put in bold the factors that I have!
[1] Smokers - I smoked five cigarettes in July. I don't really think that's a big deal. I also sat outside a fire in someone's back yard that night, and had three servings of alcohol. I'm not sure I will ever smoke OR drink again...however, perhaps I will have a few drinks on my birthday [12/21], and have some of my friend's vape. Is this really a risk factor? Is 1-2 cigarettes a week a risk factor? ??? If one cigarette is going to hurt my health AT ALL, I will stop. I also smoke a big cigar every 2-3 years. Is this a risk factor?
[2] Severely overweight people - I am 203.5-lb, which, on the BMI scale, classifies me as OBESE! Obesity starts at 201.5-lb for my height! However, it is not people who are merely obese who suffer from Covid - it is SEVERELY or MORBIDLY obese people, which I am not. :)
[3] Middle-aged to elderly adults - 60.5% of all Canadians who died of Covid were over age 80. With 26,880 of the 44,431 deaths attributed to Covid being people aged 80+. A total of 36,421 of 44,431 Covid deaths are of people aged 70+, which is 82.0% of all deaths . If we go to 60+, 41,179 of 44,431 who died were 60 or older. That's 92.7% of all deaths. A total of 43,182 of 44,431 who died of Covid are age 50+. That's 97.2%.
So with it 2.8% of all people who died of Covid being under 50, can you really say that being 40 years of age is a significant risk factor?
Are people just into middle age really at risk? Thus far, only 713 of 4,894,137 Canadians aged 40-49 have died. That means 99.985% of Canadians my age have have survived this pandemic so far! :o
I don't consider that a big risk, OAK. Do you?
[4] People with chronic illnesses - all illnesses have been ruled out for me for now...unless the Anadrol has given me liver cancer. :o

0-19: 0.
20-39: 3.
40-59: 8.
60-79: 35.
80+: 53.
LOL...ELEVEN total deaths among people under age 60?

To date, 65.4% of Canadians know zero people to who died, and 34.6% know ONE person who died.
