Fact was Railway Stations are private property that the company allows the public access to.
Just like your house is private property that you can allow people to enter but have the right to ask them to leave anytime you like.
Not sure what buildings hes in here but some places they do have the right to ask you to leave, shops for examples and private businesses.

for casual viewers, Audit the Audit and Lackluster are great youtube channels to follow. they release videos 1-2x a week that abridge and summarize some of the best videos from the week. Audit the Audit in particular cites the local laws and relevant case law to contextualize the encounters - very informative

I'm familiar with at least 20 auditor's content but I've considered this single video by Amagansett Press to be the best on a dramatic level.
There are so many elements in this that play out like how a good scriptwriter would write a drama, all the way down to Amagansett Press' promise to the health workers that he would be back and without a mask. The cops are well "cast", they're perfect for their "parts". It's real life but it will hold your attention like a scripted cop drama.
IMO, AP has the best and most consistent verbal jiu-jitsu of all 1st amendment auditors.

Here`s an incident I had a few weeks back with some stuffed shirt who was lucky I didn`t spit in his face and throw him a slap.
I live right outside of a college town and a few years back I would stop in back of the maintainance building and ask the guys for some 5 gallon buckets that I use to change the water in my aquariums....the handles on mine were wearing out......hadn`t stopped by in quite a while.
So I drive back there and it`s deserted......no buckets stacked up, just two guys talking about replanting flowers on the campus.
I gave the obligatory wave and when I was pulling out I noticed a tiny side road that I assumed led to a larger road that takes you completely through the campus to Main St.
Now you have to realize that some people there are really nice but others act like they are better than you.......I trained there for 12 years with a bunch of fucks who thought their shit didn`t stink.......all folks with big money......like I care.
I hate a mutherfucker who looks down on me in any way cuz we both put our pants on one leg at a time,and if you`re cut,you`re gonna` bleed. and I always try to be a good dude unless I`m pushed,then I don`t give a fuck.
Anyway the guys between 45-50 and starts following me on a Gator (4 wheel drive vehicle for you Brits)......he screams "HEY....HEY...HEY"......so I stop....didn`t call me sir though I`m older than he is and dressed well but fucking.......HEY,HEY,HEY!!
So I stop and he says what are you doing here......I say,"I`m minding my own fucking business which is what you should be doing.
Then he says"Whats you name"? So I said fuck you whats yours..... you dickhead!
He says that`s it,you`re gonna` have to follow me so we can check up on you.....I said bitch I wouldn`t follow you anywhere even if you were a cop......I`m breaking no laws and have done nothing wrong.

The problem is that police officers nowadays are demonized regardless as to whether they do the right thing or not and many of them are getting hurt or killed because they are worried more about getting locked up or losing their job if they are in a situation. If a police officer has to second guess themselves, its very dangerous. The "audits" also puts a barrier in relations between law enforcement and the community working together to prevent crime. If community relations are poor, then police officers are just going to work their rounds.
