typically the fruit juice for energy 16 servings at 28g carbs everyday, ill get 25 reps in am, and 15 before bed, no more back pain. I didnt go to a doc so i dont know if my back was hurting from kidney stones or the stiffness and pain was from some other reason? Im tempted to contract dave calumbo to fund a research team with the highest level sports scientists and let my back go out again for 'scientific research' but then do a 180° and get it healthy again
