I don’t think you can work the lower biceps I think you just feel the pull on the tendon more in a stable position. Preacher curl still a good movement I just think it’s an all around bicep movement like barbell curls etc…

You work the belly of the muscle there is no such thing as a lower bicep he is feeling a fucking tendon pull

Gotta agree with Bhank. Muscle cell allotment (i.e. genetics) determine 90% muscle "shape".

It´s only silly if you use heavy loads on it. I use medium weights and reps on preacher curls. have to admit i mainly do just plain EZ bar curls & incline DB curls or just seated DB alternate curls.

his audience is bro lifters, half ass gym dudes who only go in groups and need constant approval and attention from others -
the "lower bicep" he refers to is just the shape of your bicep/brachialis , esp when relaxed - its more genetic than anything
his next move will be to sign up with Walmart for distribution of his JYM product line - but only aminos and pre workout in this case
