During his Youtube live ,Dave  tells Chris The technician'  he went from 185 to about 200 lbs remaining vascular, by just increasing his protein intake ...

he flexes his arm proudly and the first comment from a viewer is " Palumbo has a turkey neck " lmao ;D

More like he is getting less starved, not "huge".

I don't know if he can even train properly due to his shoulder issues.

Seems like his test boosters suplements work a little to well. Or don't.
