For a 300lb competitor, I don’t thing that this enough tricep mass... guys like Levrone and Demayo and Aaron Baker had bigger triceps than that, and they were around 240-250.

Ramy's lats are atrophied from the thoracolumbar fascia. It makes his back double look like absolute shit and he has half a back on that shot. It's getting worse, and none of them (Chad or Dennis) know why, and there's nothing they can do about it.
Ramy looks very underwhelming for someone his size.

I don't follow these guys on social media. I might listen to a podcast from time to time like Dennis James for example. But it seems like Ramy is disinterested in the sport. For a Mr.O he's kept a low profile. His update pics look like shit. There was even a rumor a while back that he was retiring.
