Everyone is the carnivore world thinks he's on juice, this is nothing new, I actually find this video quite impressive seeing that he actually eats what he preaches, takes the supplements he preaches, literally does everything he states, training twice a day 6 days a week and on his off day walking 12 miles. Dude is legit in my book, the steroids is obvious, and honestly other than the GH, he's on legit trt cycles of test (less than a cc a week of and less than a cc of deca as well) what's ridiculous is the $11,000 a month on GH, fucking hell man.

My middle child- 2nd daughter- has always been extremely energetic. She excells at every sport she takes up. Year after year she's the fastest in her class. She always challenges herself by spontaneously sprinting as fast as she can, or doing several hundred pushups or sit ups, doing as many pull ups as she can etc....she's about as lean as the kids in this pic.
My other children aren't as energetic or as interested in testing themselves physically but are still more genetically blessed than most kids their age.
My wife's idea of getting in-shape involves eating a salad and going to the gym once a month. She has crazy genetics. If she skips one meal she has a visible 6 pack. The thing is she doesn't even give a shit.
I work out 5 maybe even 6 days a week and am always searching for the right kind of "diet" and don't make anywhere close to that kind of progress. My genetics are average.
Oh....and Liver King. He's like 99% of everyone else you'll ever meet: full of shit.
Even Derek- who as about as good a reputation as an internet personality can have- was scamming people with useless turkesterone earlier this year.

I never heard of him until this thread. He's 5' 7" and weighs 190 lbs. I have met several guys that have looked that good or better that never took any PEDs so to me it (being truly natural) is possible. He looks good.

The sad thing is for $11,000 a month, actually more considering the rest of his stack, I smoke this dudes physique, I wipe the floor in legs/ back/abs department, chest/shoulders/ I guess are comparable, and I'm on prescription trt 200test, 50 deca a week, for a grand total of $250 a month. He's way over trained which is why he's having issues making progress, his CNS I guarantee is completely fried, his cortisol levels I guarantee are through the roof. Dude needs to train hard and intense 4 times a week, the other 3 days relax, if you want do cold plunge, sauna, walk around his compound, if he did this he'd blow the fuck up.

The average the last 3 is probably 400mg the 2 before that probably 200mg but again you are missing the entire concept you can get everything you need from prescribed TRT most guys really are not taking anywhere near the amount the righteous all fake natty guys insist they are taking. He probably can, he trains hard, his problem is that he over trains, twice a day 6 days a week training WestSide Barbell Conjugate and then second session Olympic lifting, fucking hell man he's just over doing it.

200 is what my doctor prescribed me🤷♂️ my levels consistently stay at the 1000-1100 mark, that's what hormone clinics do optimize your hormones and put them at optimal levels. Go to a general practitioner and they'll prescribe you just enough to be in range.

According to my doctor it is, every thing is legal, everything is in range, AST, ALT, RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, test, estrogen, psa, tsh. I get labs every 6 months mandatory. So according to my licensed medical doctor I'm on trt and I'm going to go ahead and take his word on all things trt related.

No they were legitimately low, when I walked in for the consultation the doctor started laughing and said there's no way you have low testosterone, you're the most muscular guy thats ever walked into my office, but we'll draw some blood and see where you're at, they came back at like 249. What I know now I didn't know then. Just a background at that time I was working construction as a bricklayer 10 hours a day, after work I'd go train, even though I was exhausted, I'd just slam pre-workout and get it done, I was sleeping maybe 5 hours a night sometimes 6, I was always lean super low body fat, my diet was literally the Jay Cutler style diet, super low in fat, egg whites, white fish, chicken, ground turkey, tuna, and ground bison is all I ate and carbs coming from sweet potatoes, brown rice, and steel cut oats. As a juiced up bodybuilder this diet is ok, but for a natural it's literally the worst thing a natty can do, fats, specifically cholesterol is key in hormonal production especially testosterone production. I just didn't know this 🤷♂️

No they were legitimately low, when I walked in for the consultation the doctor started laughing and said there's no way you have low testosterone, you're the most muscular guy thats ever walked into my office, but we'll draw some blood and see where you're at, they came back at like 249. What I know now I didn't know then. Just a background at that time I was working construction as a bricklayer 10 hours a day, after work I'd go train, even though I was exhausted, I'd just slam pre-workout and get it done, I was sleeping maybe 5 hours a night sometimes 6, I was always lean super low body fat, my diet was literally the Jay Cutler style diet, super low in fat, egg whites, white fish, chicken, ground turkey, tuna, and ground bison is all I ate and carbs coming from sweet potatoes, brown rice, and steel cut oats. As a juiced up bodybuilder this diet is ok, but for a natural it's literally the worst thing a natty can do, fats, specifically cholesterol is key in hormonal production especially testosterone production. I just didn't know this 🤷♂️

I have no reason to lie about dosages, I stayed natural until I was 35, I actually won 2 men's physique shows completely clean. When I decided to get on trt, I literally blew up, just on 200 test, I shot up from 165 to 195 in my first year, in the past year with the addition of 50mg of Deca, I shot up to 215-220. Which is actually why I believe a lot of these pros about their dosages, especially the old timers, real pharmaceutical grade products can take you along way, especially if you built a good base. Eventually as I get older I'll add GH 2iu a day and a low dose of T4. Which is the ultimate "bodybuilder" trt.

I was cycling paleo and keto up until last year, for the past year I've been carnivore, I eat grass fed beef, Pasture raised eggs, and raw milk, I drink around half a gallon of raw milk on my training days so there's carbs in the milk, on non training days it's just beef and eggs and occasionally bacon.

I don’t know if I know “better,” but I know what is TRT and what is not. I’m aware some doctors at “clinics” will give TRT to just about any middle-aged who’s thinking of “getting on” TRT.
In his case he did need because he was hypogonadal (T below 300).

If you are in range (300-1100) it could be the low end of normal, legally he can't prescribe you testosterone, he can make recommendations on how to help naturally increase testosterone, but he absolutely will not prescribe you testosterone. He may offer other services depending on what issues you have, he offers stuff like glutathione, B12, other various things, but you definitely won't be getting testosterone. I think you guys are thinking about that dude from Titan Medical on Palumbos channel, guy looks like a fucking used car salesman, the clinic I go to is nothing like this.

I've been carnivore for a year now, I feel fucking incredible, I've never felt better in my life, crazy strength, endurance, recovery, digestion is perfect I honestly never fart may fart once a week tops, sleep like a baby, body feels just in tune, no aches/pains, skin looks great, hair is thick and full, tons of energy zero stimulates gave up coffee/pre workout everything. I can't say enough about raw milk, fucking incredible man, I wish I grew up on farms as a kid, I cab see why some many farmers are just strong as fuck, all these giant linebackers and shit coming from Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Texas, etc.. that real unprocessed food, fresh eggs, fresh butter, raw dairy, and red meat.

Prior to that normal would have been 380 to 1300, all the major labs changed due to the supposed population average levels lowering, which could be a result of GMOs, glycophosphate in food, or many other things including better and more widespread testing exposing lower averages that always existed.
As far as prescribing at levels above 300... Everyone is different. Period. Some guys never get above 400 test levels even in puberty. Some approach 2000. Some men tolerate T levels near 100 with no symptoms, some experience real symptoms at 600. These are facts. It is completely up to the Doctor and patient how to proceed with hormone therapy. While some clinics abuse for certain, there is no number, age, or dose we can just arbitrarily say is "good practice" or "questionable". If you did that a lot of people would be denied treatment that truly need it.
Perhaps more people should just mind their own fucking business and quit worrying about what other people are taking in an attempt to justify their own personal shortcomings.

As I've stated before, my T levels (tested once) were in high 500s. My urologist still suggested it, for all the benefits discussed. He also told me they monitor everything, quarterly and adjust as necessary. I asked about lack of long term data, and he said it's absolute bullshit, they know what they have and what it does.
My brother went to a clinic (he was sub 300) and they did all the stuff the keto kid said as well.

It's not odd if you consider the benefits. I train like a mf'er, eat well (80% rule), am active, sleep pretty good, etc.....
But even that has it's limitations as you get older.
If you could safely increase energy levels, mood, sleep, strength, recovery, etc...and all the other stuff, why not? This stuff is all about risk/benefit ratios, and the benefits will outweigh the risk for so many.
Sometimes it's not about getting to "normal", but above it.

A decade on Statins and aging, I went down to 250-total. Quite a drop.
Statins destroy test-levels, as most of our test is made in our Cholesterol. I just happened to have an issue with my body making too much bad cholesterol.
(Runs in family). My LDL and Trig's were double of what they should be. (Same for HDL which is good). But the bad stuff and high risk-ratio overrode that...

Every single one of them was fake. Nootropics Depot thinks some of the supp companies bought the raw material in good faith from China. It showed up as legit on some testing too but with more advanced testing he found out that the extract was like 2% turkesterone. Don't trust the Chinese was his message. They will sell anything and trick you.
Why this turkesterone stuff is so sought after I don't know. There's no evidence it does anything in humans.

It was the Russians who claimed to use it. For example to extend the anabolic effects of steroids when you had to go clean before a competition. There are Ecdysterone supplements sold in Russian pharmacies actually, made from a plant called Leuzea Carthmoides which is not the most sought after source, which I forget. I used some Russian stuff when I was like 14 or 15 lol. I used Bulgarian pharma Tribestan, Bulgarian creatine phosphate oral ampoules, which I thought actually worked and would like to see again, and Retibol. Lol.
More recently it has been said ecdysterone works through an estrogen receptor
I wouldd go with the Russian pharma stuff if I were to try it. Bigger chance that the stuff is actually in there. At least the presentation looks cooler lol.

I have had HRT clinics tell me there is no limit to how much HGH they are allowed to prescribe unlike test which they have very clear limits they will prescribe but at the prices they charge you would have to be rich to afford an effective dosage anyway

Fact of the matter is that those steroid doses were paltry. 50mg of Winstrol and a "TRT" dose of test and deca? It's not much. GH is expensive and even that can be gotten ahold of for 1/10th of the price. Only reason 10iu is considered extreme is the price. For those here not very familiar putting this into perspective, HIV patients can be prescribed up to 18iu a day. Our own tbombz was doing 40iu a day for a while lol. Not to say you can't or shouldn't moderate GH doses much more for health reasons, just saying "omg 10K worth steroids and growth hormones!" says you aren't very familiar with the subject.
What was interesting, but not surprising at all, is that he was taking plenty of pure sugar. Sugar doesn't make you fat automatically, you can stay shredded on plenty of sugar and it's not just due to the GH.

Once he decided to compete in powerlifting he started steroids and what a difference! Larger and stronger. The stuff just works. If you take it, just admit it.
It's not the end of the world we all live in, LOL! Most people that train despise those that take them but don't admit to taking them. ;D
