i'm doing 80's volume style ala Christian, Demay training twice a day 6 days a week and eating lots and lots of food
hopefully i'll keep this condition all the way up to 2 bills
on 50 mgs test e ed only

I did hit for years without much gain honestly
I respond better to volume and constant tension
I use light weights but flex all the way though 6 sec up 6 sec down and i do 21's with most exercises and breakdowns
this is the biggest i've ever been leanish and i'm only on 50 mgs test e ed
test is best for me makes me full and round
i bet i will hit 2 bills leanish within 3-4 weeks

weighed bout a buck 60 there can you imagine how i'd look in that same condition at a buck 80?

stopped forcefeeding and i've dropped 3 pounds down from a buck 82 to a buck 79
if you sleep like a normal person 8-9 it's impossible to eat 6 fucking meals a day even 5 is a chore
so i'll stick with 4-5 meals a day
i basically eat a dessert with each meal except the first and this dessert is either ice cream or a doughnut :D :D :D :D :D
looks like i'll try gh 2 months before the beach season, real curious bout what it will do
i'm only gonna use test as my anabolic all other anabolics pale in comparison honestly

i've decided to switch gears and add in the ACE and leave gh for later
i've stopped force feeding and i'm now down to a buck 71
my plan is to take 30-50 mgs of ACE a day and lower test to 100-125 mgs a week which is true trt and to eat lots of clean food
never really eaten clean before and i want to do it 80s style high carb low fat moderate pro
pro will be whey pro and skinned baked chicken breasts
carb will be oats and brown rice
fat will be from the chicken skin
i'll start will moderate carb and add more and more as long if i don't get fatter
there's a swiss guy that does this too and his clients are very round and full (ie, low fat, high carb, mod pro)
short term goal is 170 at 5-6% with a small narrow wasit

so now i'm gonna cut carbs 2/3 and double protien and increase fats slightly and see what happens

after 3 days my waist is down .5 inches to 32.5 and my arms are the same size
i'll keep going with this awhile longer to see how it goes

glad i have this here good for comparison
now i'm 166 and my waist is 31 inches
my smallest recent waist was 29.5 @ 152-153 want to see how much i weigh with a 29.5 inch waist thinking it will be 157-158
think my waist can be as small as 28 inches
