And THANK GOD they were killed or else that Bernard OMahoney or whatever his name is would have had to go out and get an actual job instead of writing tell-all - insider - additional info - the killer revealed - type of books about men he claimed to be tight with but was lucky to have a couple of photos taken with them.
Essex Boys was the best film out of all of them.

I don’t think too many crime gangs in the uk or the USA have 15 plus million on them by the feds
These guys have had 40+ whacked in Ireland alone and bodies all over Holland Spain so I read. I’ve heard some reliable sources say it’s closer to hundreds not 40/50. They are businessmen and the majority of those people probably deserved it but when innocents get shot…ah, well. Nasty business

The Kinehans are probably as big as it gets for western crime. They did things to Mexican Cartel levels but under the nose of western law enforcement.
Even the cartels don't have the balls to be so brutal in modern day america, and if they do they're not clever enough to evade the law.
They don't even have the advantages that latins/turks/kurds/afghans/pakis have in the drugs being produced in their homelands, or the eastern europeans who take advantage of their lawless shitholes back home to get a hold of weapons/drugs/humans to be trafficked.

Christy sussed them out and they were tortured and never seen again. Is it possible that’s why the FBI want them so bad now? I'm not really into the 'ardman type stuff that big Darren Avey is into as crime is a doomed path, pretty much 99% will end up in tears. But you have to admire how Christy built their business up. They might have still been untouchable level if the son didn't try to become a public figure.

My friends who trained there regularly Knew him well -
Let's just say Opinions Vary about Lenny
And not Many had Much negative To say to his face while he was Alive

I’ll tell you this much. I’m a big guy but I definitely wouldn’t want to rumble with Lenny. I think he had serious charisma and if he had lived longer he’d have been a very very good actor. I liked him from
What I saw and the fact he gave up the booze but his bullying aspect comes out quickly in the video posted. He would have dealt with Cockerill easily who is a bit of a blaggard but very likeable too.
You see the thing about these respected guys is they all had charm and nice qualities behind the bad. Treat people accordingly etc…
No disrespect to them but if we’re talking real stuff it’s about money and power and not how many lads you can knock out in the queue for the nightclub. I’ve been there done that.
Drug dealing always leads to misery. But if the Truth be told I know people in the small country of Ireland that people have never heard of in any newspaper that are making millions. It’s usually the gophers who they sponsor go down. Not them. Why? They’re connected at the top.
If you look at England or France or Holland (where I lived) it’s usually the foreigners who take over the drugs trade in the cities.
Look at Ireland. Hasn’t happened here because the Irish shoot to kill. A history of violence about to repeat itself. The Irish are a funny people. I think we’re different. Statistically we’re one of the safest countries on the planet but it’s not the truth as our gangland scene was off the charts. Tricks from the IRA make criminals good at hits and bombings and gadaffi sent the country much more ammunition than needed for a full scale war and I’m sure some people still can access it.

I think it's because of the IRA etc. They were literal armies, so that militancy was passed on to the gangs after the paramilitary groups started fizzling out.
The elder paramilitaries were good men, they could have just said fuck it and took over the drugs in ireland and the UK.
