I’m an open book any question I will answer.
1-I tried pretty much every anabolic available and I was a heavy drinker/smoker at the same time and I got in a ton of fights. Then I met my wife at 26 and after 1 year together I said if I don’t stop I’m a dead man either by someone’s hands or the juice.
2-I felt absolutely fine and did not pct and never lost my erections and had 3 kids. I trained harder when I got off as I didn’t want to lose anything. I felt great mentally.
3- I lost maybe 5 lbs as I was training and eating harder than when I was on.
4-grapes en blueberries are very anabolic hahah.

Its real simple I have crohns I can get a lot of gas and bloating after meals. So yeah my waist isn't super tight all day long when I am eating. However when empty and gas free after a night of sleep it is very streamlined. Most of the day it is streamlined but yes after meals my stomach expands.

All of the above plus whole eggs.
I don't have intestinal issues like Hanky but I eat very low carb M-F and loosen up a bit on the weekend.
"Meat" in this case is meat (any kind including fish) and whole eggs. Animals.
Fiber is only in plants. There is zero fiber in meat so it is a zero fiber diet.
You do not need fiber for digestion or crapping. Bacteria creates the stool.
This is the "diet" that is the least reactive for people.
This way of eating also has positive effects on bloodwork.
I eat meat, eggs, cheese, heavy cream, olive oil, coconut oil, halfnhalf, nuts, so very low carb.
The heavy carb and fiber diet Bhanky eats is causing gas and bloating and IBS/Crohns.

32 in the am and 38 is honestly the largest I have every measured it but that is full pushing out. I don't have a 40 inch waist. I do have strong hips. I can comfortably wear a size 34 pants a 36 falls off me without a belt. But I am trying to get to 240lbs+ with 20 plus arms like Rob. I would gladly add some belly to do it as losing a belly is easy gaining muscle is difficult.

We cooked wagyu ribeyes and trout on my dad's smoker. Homemade apple pies, potato salad, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto provolone cheese and dijon mustard, black eyed peas, homemade fudge, seafood gumbo, seasoned rice and mashed red potatoes.
Shit was dope as fuck.
My GF wore a spandex candy cane outfit last night.
I tore a hole in the rear of it and buttfucked her on the couch with my Santa hat on.

Think I'm going to go back on a low/no carb diet.
Try and stay close as possible to meat and eggs. Always got lean on no carbs and had energy to spare. Never really had mental fog either.... come to think of it my joints never got achy on no carb diet either.

We cooked wagyu ribeyes and trout on my dad's smoker. Homemade apple pies, potato salad, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto provolone cheese and dijon mustard, black eyed peas, homemade fudge, seafood gumbo, seasoned rice and mashed red potatoes.
Shit was dope as fuck.
My GF wore a spandex candy cane outfit last night.
I tore a hole in the rear of it and buttfucked her on the couch with my Santa hat on.

He's exactly the same size as a Cheetah and terribly violent and aggressive. He's been known to kill various household pets after being trained for this purpose by his cruel owner.
Rocky has been on the run for a while now after escaping from his captor. May you at least tell us if he's alive or dead? If he's alive, might you be able to access his mind and see if you can recognize any scenery that might give away his location? We need closure, Pamith.

The cat was mauling everything in the area when it was around; probably dead now. The chickens are a recent addition. Would be funny if Rocky came back and caused a bloodbath, though. Brian would probably snap him in two like a skateboard.
