Title: 2023 Fit Expo Los Angeles - Jan 14-15th - Pictures

First Fit Expo of 2023 at the Los Angeles Convention Center will take place an January 14-15th, 2023.   Will be there Saturday and Sunday checking everything out, and saying hello to various vendors.  Times are from 10am to 5pm each day.

People slated to be there are Jay Cutler, CT. Fletcher, Phil Heath, Shawn Ray, Larry Wheels, and many more...

NPC Musclecontest will also have a contest there on Saturday.

It is called the 2023 NPC MUSCLECONTEST CHALLENGE LOS ANGELES
  Competitor check-ins are Friday at 2pm (Mens) and 4pm (Womens)

Saturday Prejudging is at 10:30am  and Finals at 2pm.
