Carried the fat well. No homo
In terms of a competitive bodybuilder dieting down though it isn't that impressive. Maybe the waist transformation is.

Fuck you are a Hater
This is a fleeting moment in time for his condition and cannot be maintained more than a few days to a week unless he continues a very strict diet and heavy drug use which is very unhealthy.
Once he relaxes his before condition will return.

And you? You are an illiterate juvenile.

Bodybuilders are at their most unhealthy, on the day of the contest for sure.
Gear, SARMS, HGH, Peptides, fluid restriction, lasix type drugs, clen and fat-burners, etc.
In off-season, when a little more pudgy, and maybe doing just a basic cycle, much safer than contest prep and peaking.
Most dont do 'low doses' in off-season though, they "blast and cruise brah" ::)

Yep.
A basic cycle is safer but not safe.
But don't kid yourself, even a "basic cycle" wreaks havoc on your endocrine system
Our Bhanky is blastin' and cruisin' for the past 25 years.
