Get a haircut, throw away the gay bracelet and get yourself to the gym earlier so you don't put your friends on the spot.
Hope this helps.

But at least he hasn't photo shopped it to make himself look bigger eh Anus ::)
-
Having to gym to yourself's awesome.
He's right-lose the 70s hair mop.
Did you actually use any of the equipment?
Change the routine, up the intensity + AAS.
Lotsa work ahead. :D
-
Haha yes it's unbelievable.
-
Isn't that the Aladin guy?
-
Not bad bro, I think you could use some thickness from close grip rows. I assume you're natural? What's your height/weight?

yeah, i think it's safe to say he's natural, if he's juicing he should get his money back.

haha, yes that is true. But I've seen some real sorry asses that were juiced to the gills.

You got good width man, you just need some thickness. Do you to a lot of wide grip pulldowns/pull-ups? Looks like it.
-
Gotta admit, you've balls to post a pic like that on here.......
-
you need more lower back bigmo. do more row exercises
-
Got a long way to go, plus since you havent used gear, dont do it ... but what ever

Epic Wedgie

You look very solid. Let's see a most muscular and some leg poses.
-
I'd second the "don't do gear" advice.
From that pic, and having seen the (clothed) side chest you posted a while back I reckon you could do very well on the natural circuit right now. Anything over 180 lbs (even at 5'10'') is big (real big) for a natural, if you could get to 200 lbs in contest shape (ie: add another 20 lbs of muscle) you could easily compete on the pro natural circuit... and successfully at that: making more money from endorsements and contest winnings than all but the top 30 IFBB pros (and in a few years... all but the top 10 IFBB pros).
At 220 lbs (+40 lbs) in contest shape (assuming you've got and could maintain a balanced physique) you'd beat every other natural currently competing anywhere in the world. Think about it, you're probably four years of successful training (10 lbs a year) away from being the Natural SERGIO.
However, once you take first steroid, you'll have to get to 270-300 lbs (by then maybe even 350 lbs) to be the best.
Just something to think about.

Lucius Fox,
I am serious. Do some research on the size of competitive naturals.
True Adonis,
What's so funny? I reckon Mo has you beat..... but without pics of your superhuman physique who can tell? (Please don't repost those tiny 5kb or contortionist-style twisting side shots again, they're about as conclusive as Sasquatch's holiday snaps)
The Luke
PS- Just for the record, Skip La Cour; Markus Reinhardt; John Hanson and Jeff Willet all compete around 200-210 lbs, Mo's 170 lbs could easily do well on the natural circuit.

thanks for the support man...

Lucius,
Ronnie is 320 lbs offseason, with a hint of abs visible. The next Mr O will probably be (have to be) 350 offseason. Ruhl is already up to 330-340 off season for example.
So yes, I was being serious.

Your thoughts and predictions are nothing short of moronic and straight up retarded :P

Me tooo :)
quick question.... but seriously.... im 19... and im natural (for now) do you really think i look bad
-
Hey bigmo, don't let these guys fuck with your head. You look fine, just keep hitting the weight and don't start any gear til you've got a few years under your belt, like after age 25. At your age, you got plenty of test running through your body. Just eat and grow.
-
I don't think you look bad at all. You got good width, need more thickness and have BF that could be lost. Other than that keep up the good work. It is hard to give credit to people when you see a pick like yours because we don't know how far you have come and what changes your training has brought about. As for the juice I would wait till you cant make any more gains naturally, ya ya you hear that one all the time but you can always do your first cycle but you can never undo it. Also with the current witch hunt that our government is on with steroids now might not be the best time to start.
-
lookin' pretty good.
-
hahah you hiked your pants up to cover your saddlebags.
Wowzas..dude..you could of gotten a tan, and I dont know, got bigger? ;)

The judges might actually move in another direction. Besides, it is Alexxx who is planning on becoming Mr. Olympia.

You need to incorporate more more rack chins into your workout.

Hmmm, I USED to workout/instruct at the World Gym in Sterling before it closed. Looks pretty good Mo. Work on the middle back thickness more, but if you're in your early 20's it looks pretty good.

The Furniture Place didn't renew the lease. They are the ones who owned the whole lot there. Belfort Furniture I believe it was. They still have the one in Leesburg, but I think that place is too crowded with equipment. I now instruct and train at the FREEDOM CENTER in Manassas. GMU is the college campus.
-
by "gear", big mo means nukes, that he'll get from egypt.

You need to incorporate more more rack chins into your workout.
And maybe some rinsed ground beef with olive oil.
