Funny. Vince Taylors build always reminded me of Mike Mentzers. They both had perfectly proportioned arms- complete. Buth had strong calves and forearms. Both had relatively shallow chest/pecs and trim but blocky abs/waist.

Because he's natural there's no reason to get blood panels done. If he did they may have detected dangerously high levels of arrogance and stupidity.
