Title: Is there a place on the board that tells how to post a pic??

Sorry guys, Im new to computers.   I have some pics in my documents, how would i import them in a post??       I looked in profile to post an avi, but it said to type in a http/ address, and i dont have one.....My pics are in "my documents"

Also i need to know the size requirments of the files.????     Thanks.

When you post click on additional options and browse to the file/attachment.
