Great coach.....back in the day  if you ragged on the Vikings we`d have to meet after school in the playground to scrap.  :(

My high school copied the Minnesota Vikings mascot - just with red and gold instead, for our high school sports:

He was the face of the Vikings back in the day.

I didn't realize he had such a tremendous athletic career himself.
