That said, “Don’t get fat,” is a good one. From my understanding, weight loss, regardless of diet, causes all health markers to improve.

I did 20 rounds of the mitochondrial protocol during summer of 2021. I have been doing another 13-15 rounds of the same since early February.

https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/94224-manipulating-mitochondrial-dynamics/page-58#entry903440

I did 5 rounds of this stem cell/senolytics during August-September last year, and a further 3 rounds last December. I plan to do 2-3 round every 4 months for the next 2 years.

https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/100363-stem-cell-self-renewal-with-c60/page-66#entry917974

I am 60 years old. The stem cell/senolytics protocol is not recommended for those under 60 years old.

My experience suggests maintaining balance in my life helps keep me healthy, both mentally and physically. But 78 isn't all that old these days. Many folks are living to be 100 or better.

How much longer would these 100yr olds live if they
Avoid The China Virus like the Plague - And be fully protected &by wearing a Hazmat suit

Based on what I posted about maintaining balance, I must say that wearing a hazmat suit to protect oneself from a virus which if one is healthy probably would not kill them, would be extremely out of balance.

Today, I read about Danny Lemoi took a daily dose of veterinary-grade ivermectin and told his thousands of followers to give the drug to children. He died of a common side effect of the medication... a grossly enlarged heart. During the pandemic, Ivermectin became hugely popular among anti-vaxxers. To each is own.

Prolonged 3 day fasts every 2-3 months
Live somewhere that has 300 plus days of sunlight a year (vitamin d is imperative for longevity/health)
-stay away from sugar and seed oils at all costs
-get good quality sleep, if you're a big dude look into getting a cpap
-get out in nature regularly, hike/bike/swim/beach/snowboard
-keep stress to a minimum

Dude, I do this shit to keep my life exciting, the better you look and feel ultimately the more bitches you get, the more you enjoy life, if living in an awesome location that enables you to hike, swim, go to the beach, train and have a amazing quality of life then I guess I'm boring. I said nothing regarding drugs, I use Marijuana regularly as well as psilocybin here and there. I'm all about enjoying life man, if you take care of yourself the more fun you get to have.

I used to own a little book in an effort to help me deal with my anxiety...."Don`t Sweat The Small Stuff....and It`s All Small  Stuff".

It explained how we are the insignifigantant creatures that we are, and that we all have problem, but not to obsess over them so much because in the big scheme of things we are just dust motes in time, and  that after a certain time we will never be thought of again.

Great book, gonna` hit Ebay and get a copy so I can use it again.

Carpe` Diem!

I lived in the hood/streets for 40 years now I live in a very rural area in NY near Canada...... I see a few Blacks that go to Uni here.....that`s it.....I could count them one one hand, yet there are tons of BLM signs on the rich snobs finely manicured lawns that probably never met a Black person in their lives......lots of dykes and old hippies up here too.

If they walked through my old neighborhood, there wouldn`t be enough left of them to take those BLM signs ASAP if they even lived to make it back up here to their homes.

My tips is "fuck it".

70 is about right. Extending life might give you years beyond that but what's the quality? My Grandmother died at 99 years old weighing 80lbs, barely able to see, unable to walk, under 24 hour care. What would she have given for another 10 years of that.

Now - give me 20-30 again and we might have a deal - but we only live quality life for a certain amount of time and it seems shit after that.

I was gonna` say the same thing to Big Rob,but I didn`t want to risk getting my head ripped off!  :D

Back when everyone here called me "old" because they were much younger back then, well they are still younger than me obviously, but I recall so many guys here saying stuff like....."Fuck that shit I don`t want to live past 45.......that`s fucking ancient".....or some such age.....just an example, but you get it.

NOW MOST OF YOU PRICKS ARE IN YOUR 50`s!!  LOL   :D

Another thing that wakes you the fuck up is if you get sick......you immediately realize your mortality and just want to stay alive....then your friends start kicking off.........I`ve lost tons of people I knew.....mostly for the wrong reasons, but hey, they made the call.

Back when I was a drunken fool I honestly didn`t give a shit if I woke up in  the AM or not.....these days,I don`t have a helluva` lot,but I am staying as long as I can.......beats the old permanant dirt nap of peace!  :D

Fair points - whether the number is 70 or 80 - I don't want extra years of pain, incontinence, immobility. If I die at 70 (in 17 years time), I'll be fine with it.

On the against side don't walk around showing they're clowns 🤡wearing Face Nappies / Gloves / Face Shields /
Etc - at least they hide they're stupidity 😊 👍🏻

Are the items you mentioned still mandated in the UK? They are not here. However, when out and about, I do see a few folks of all ages who choose for reasons of their own to wear a mask. One of the store clerks at the local liquor store always wears a mask. I am sure management doesn't require this because other clerks do not wear masks. I have not noticed anyone wearing gloves or face shields though.

I suspect people on both sides of the MRNA vaccine issue may wear masks or other protective gear. In fact, people who choose to not be vaccinated may decide wearing masks, etc. is a better option for them.

There are also folks who are in denial regarding COVID, claiming the virus is a hoax. I imagine these folks are inclined to not take any precautions... why would they?

The only clowns I know are folks who are into clowning as a hobby or profession. They are easy to spot when they are in clown face and costume, otherwise it is hard to tell the clowns from regular people.

Fair points - whether the number is 70 or 80 - I don't want extra years of pain, incontinence, immobility. If I die at 70 (in 17 years time), I'll be fine with it.

There is nothing that says all folks in their 70's and 80's are in pain or suffer incontinence, and immobility. So far, aside from slightly annoying and occasionally painful arthritis in my hands and some loss of strength, I remain as mobile and continent as ever.

She is far to heavy for health reasons.  I do not know what a "goer" is but no, I do not have any pictures of her, let alone any in a shower, LOL!

Kindly, with respect, please describe her titties.   ;D
