What would be optimal to reap all the benefits of fasting while still getting all your nutrients? 2 days fasting followed by 1 day eating 1 meal a day and repeat? You'd probably end up malnourished over time?

Do a 3 day fast every 2-3 months, eliminate all sugar, ideally go carnivore/keto low inflammatory diet, you're back will be much better.
