He's 6' 10" , his mom I think is 6' 2", the dad is 6' 5", the little brother is 5' 10" at 10 years old. They bought him a bunch of size 22 Nikes that he was able to wear for a little while. But then he grew to a size 23, and nobody could help him, as there are only a couple of other size 23 wears in the world, and they buy custom sneakers.

Robert Pershing Wadlow (8' 11.1" tall) wore 37AA which is on record for being the largest ever so this kid should be able to get them made. From memory I think Wadlow's were made special for him by a shoe company that "sponsored" him. So again, this kid should be able to get some made and perhaps the company will do it gratis.
