Looks to me like without the help from a spotter,he wouldn`t get anywhere near as many reps.
If you need help on the first rep as opposed to the last,you are ego lifting.

They're explaining it at the end for idiots who don't get it. U think the other guy is "helping" him significantly with one hand at the weights pulling 570 pds? lol
It's just to keep the movement smooth over the entire ROM and to get into full contraction with every rep.

Training wise it's Awful - Get rid of the assitant & stop the heaving & body momentum

without drugs 99.9999% of people at 5'10 wouldnt get past 185lbs at 6% BF

Hyperplasia of a muscle doesnt happen, the muscle fibers simply stretch, that strtetching is because they are artificially expanded with the use of drugs
Pro bodybuilding is drugs, its that simple.

I don't care what anyone says, lifting is the fun and easy part. Lifting is not "hard work" lmao. It's pure fucking enjoyment and privilege on peds. Dopamine and endorphins flooding your brain making you feel like you are jizzing the whole time. Lets not even talk about the pump.
All you need is a few good sets for a body part several times a week and no junk volume. If anything I have to remind myself to cut my workouts shorter.
I'm not saying it's all drugs either. It's mostly genetics that let guys morph into giants that fast.
He is not a living proof of anything. Lee Priest could have become a pro lifting 10kg dumbbells at home while most of us can never get anywhere close to those guys whatever we take or do.

Genetics can be good to average, but pump yourself up full of drugs consistently, and look what happens, physique better than 99 percent of the population
Now top tier genetics in means of response and muscle bellies/tie ends/shape/structure, pump yourself full of drugs and you have a world class physique
Modern guys seem to have average to good genes, not top like in the past like Ronnie, Shawn Ray, Levrone or flex
