If you’re a bodybuilder who’s preparing for a contest, make sure you include 300 to 500 mg Ashwagandha twice daily. Cause during contest prep you could experience added physical & mental stress. Study showed that Ashwagandha could decrease your cortisol level by as much as 30% 😍
I did some research after reading this tweet and the multiple benefits for all people seem to be pretty good, from lowering anxiety to blood sugar control to other ones. Could be worth trying

Beer root gummies give me insane pumps.
Ashawagandha made me feel strange. Can’t explain but I tried it for a month and it just made me feel off.

you have to be careful with herbs or some of these 'new 'compunds they dig up put o shelves and next great thing.i try stuff to try it and do the dosage they say and not think of what if 1 is enough for me and not just jump it.some side effects are lethargic,moody,anxiety and they increase or throw your blood preesure off up or down or give you heart papaltations that feeling sucks..
