It's not just genetics, it's how you train too, you should never ''squeeze'' the arm muscles very tight, rather let the weight do the pumping, like Arnold did, or Krizo, just let the muscle grow. Once you start ''squeezing'' the muscle really tight the arm muscles will become extremely dense and won't grow anymore

;D :D
Look at the arms of Franco Columbu, they grew to a certain level of size and that's it! They never grew anymore, they were dense as a rock! Arnold kept his muscles filled with water (soft muscles) and they continued to grow to 23''

These are some advices for sure.

This is the type of advice that dude Van Wyck gives. Makes little sense, but many go, "wow you're a genius!"

My farts make more sense most of the time ???

I think it has a lot to do with insulin sensitivity..insulin resistant dudes always have small arms and legs

If the muscle gets extremely dense, via squeezing, and refuses to grow. You should just command it to grow. CT Fletcher would say: ”grow Mutha Fukka, grow”. And he would just grow.

The CT Fletcher Command Hypertrophy principle,a variation of of the mind-muscle connection.

Read to them kind of like reading to a baby in the womb makes them smarter. Def makes them grow quicker

Looks like Jason Blaha advice.

ask bhank..

To grow arms I believe you go heavy for the first 5-10 years then go to a pumping high rep style. I don’t believe in squeezing the biceps not cause of density issues haha but because when I squeeze bis I get tendinitis, I will however squeeze tris. Instead I did very heavy arms for 26 years then switched to high rep pumping style the last few years.
Pamith is legit insane.

Oh Paulie bhank......you won`t see him anymore!! :D

I never train arms directly and they are huge. Same for calves, they are enormous from just logging my heavy body around. Makes me think my other lagging muscles could respond to more volume and should try training them 3 times more than usual to see if they are prone to respond to this like arms and calves.

Are scientists required to instruct a long jumper to jump further? Are they required to tell a long distance runner how to run further? Lol....

No steroids mentioned.

mind muscle connection is a thing, IMO, Great bodybuilders has it.. there is no scientific papers published on this factor, in other words it's a theory... and yes, steroids lets not pretend it's not a huge factor aswell
But also, the genetic factor of muscle fiber density and muscle belly length has to be existant for great thick/freaky development. Mentzer explains it well here::
