how much if any of the sodium do you remove if you rinse the tuna in water,,anyone know?

I have no clue BUT they do make low sodium tuna now. Starkist or whoever that is. All-be-it...more expensive and taste more yuck.  :-X           
I buy WildOats brand. Lots less sodium.
