Yes, he does. Did you see any pics of the California State pro show? Ross Flanigan won and this Tonio was 2nd. I thought that should've gone Tonio's way too. Ross looked good but it looked like his shoulders were filled with oil in some poses and he was bigger but not as muscular. It was close though.
