This is tough but any Olympia-level bodybuilder could do this with ease.

Nope. Not a fucking chance.
I used to be able to do 40 pull-ups straight. I could even do a one arm pull up. Not the bullshit where you grab your wrist with your off hand. A legit one-arm pull up. Opposite arm down by my side. I could do it left or right handed.
But the first thing age robbed me of was my joints. Any hanging bodyweight exercises feel like my arms are going to rip right out of the shoulder socket. Pull ups, dips, peg board etc... its just painful.

I'm turning 50 soon. It's been every bit of 10 years since I could dip. Kills my shoulders and elbows. Recently I had to give up chins due to how bad they hurt my elbows. A couple weeks ago I tried a set after my back routine. No pain but could only get 6 or 7 reps. So now I finish back day with 2 sets of chins.

I could possibly do each hang/swing individually….with a spotter and safety net. Oh, and a lunch break.

A couple weeks ago I tried a set after my back routine. No pain but could only get 6 or 7 reps. So now I finish back day with 2 sets of chins.
Isn't it a bitch? Ive never even been seriously injured. It's just age and wear and tear.

I have eliminated the following as I have gotten older due to discomfort:
Chin up with palms facing in
Straight bar curl
Dips
Skull crushers
Plenty of alternatives

Same here except I can do skull crushers with dumbbells without discomfort.
