Very familiar with Sid and the Pistols... And no, Sid couldnt play bass to save his life.
Glenn Matlock (original Pistol bassist) was a very good bassist, but they replaced him w/ Sid.

But the Sex Pistols were basic punk, where these guys are classic heavy metal...  Different genre...

I do love the Sex Pistols though, long time fan...

It's fucking insane. I wouldn't let one of those weirdos near my neck for any amount of money. They're literally just trying to make really loud cracks with people's spines for YouTube views, lol. someone's gonna die.
