I know you didn't pose that question seriously, but:
Gunter's size would be a big advantage. Not enough to overcome Chandler, I don't think. But it doesn't hurt being 6'2" and 325+ pounds.
Gunter was strong too, although not as strong as his size would suggest. He could probably bench press 365 for 12 during his prime.
Gunter is a pretty extreme example of having a size advantage, although I still think Chandler could beat hin.
I think - although it's hard to say - that the welterweight champion or above could beat the world's strongest man.

I know this doesn’t mean much in fighting, but it does have some merit. At one of the Arnold Classics back around 2003 or so, Gunter almost became the first man to fully close a particular steel hand gripper device. Apparently he had closed that particular gripper further than Ronnie. So Gunter had some strong hands/forearms.
At 320-330, Gunter would’ve been a different man to wrestle. But he’d probably an easy guy to hit. He does look like he would’ve been athletic. Good height and long limbs. But he definitely didn’t have a fighter’s mentality. And his cardio probably would’ve lasted about 45 seconds.

Matt it was one of these (or a rival company) It requires at least 365lbs of force to fully close it. Gunter didn’t train in grip-sport events. He probably didn’t even train his forearm. But a representative from the company simply offered Gunter a chance to try it, and he almost closed it with no training or preparation whatsoever. Like I said, Gunter closed it further than Ronnie.
