He discredited himself. He said the recommended dose was 10mg and he started taking 30mg but he quit drugs and later when everyone was using they were taking 3 TIMES the recommended amount……

So they did what you did ?

Also these guys have been unable to tie their shoes since the 60’s? This didn’t start in the 90s with Flex and Kovas?
