Nope.
I know that there's virtually zero chance of contracting HIV from a restaurant. Someone would have to bleed all over your food AFTER it was cooked. Even then I don't think the digrstive tract is optimal for transmission.
But nonetheless, I rarely eat out and when I do it's not to make people with HIV feel better about themselves.

As to the original question? Nope. And I wouldn't eat at anyplace that advertised any other communicable diseases either. It's a working kitchen, people burn themselves, cut themselves, they scratch their head, wipe their eyes, sweat, etc.... and it's generally forgiven because it's out of sight, out of mind. But now you've got the specter of HIV, etc.... planted in your head from the moment you enter the door. Screw that, the whole dining experience is ruined.
