Guys is there any drug or supplement out there that can get me dramatic fat loss in a 3 week-1 month time. I'm so desperate willing to take anything i don't care. I know gh helps with fat loss, but how quickly will you see results?? What diuretics are most effective for cutting water, any you prefer from experience? If i take more than 1 will I get more results, I heard flex wheeler would take 3 come show time. If I take higher doses of ephedra will that increase my fat loss?? Please hurry !!!!!

One month is too short to suck it up. I heard of a diet that is supposed to work in that amount of time, but it is really hard core. It involves taking larger than normal amounts of gear, specifically anti-catabolics. You limit your diet to 6 cans of tuna per day plus a small amount of peanuts. You also do as much cardio as you can handle. If you aren't seeing dramatic changes then you should reduce the tuna and peanuts. It is basically a starvation diet with the gear in their to keep catabolism to a minimum. Catabolism will occur though.
I would never do this diet, I'd rather be fat then put my body through that.

Isn't all dieting catabolic to your muscles. I really don't understand it. To lose fat you have to put your body in a calorie deficate where it needs energy so it utilizes fat but then they also say when your body needs energy it takes aminos from proteins and muscle tissue... so if it is both... then how do you trigger more fat loss than protein loss

ahhhh...THIS is whats wrong with the youth of today. THIS is what gives steroid/ bodybuilders a bad name. THIS is what gives websites like this bad publicity.

The only thing that is going to cause dramatic change in that short time frame is DNP. Do I recommend it, no. T-3 to a much lesser extent will help you burn a good deal of fat in a short time, especially if it is run with clen. However, unless you are on a cycle of AAS, an experienced user, and getting ready for a comp, it may not be the wisest decision.

Yes, when dieting even if using AAS some muscle loss is inevitable, but with a proper diet and plan this can be kept to a minimum, but even with AAS it can not be completely prevented. The biggest most important factor is diet. Keep your protein intake very high, probably higher then it is while bulking, and just as important eat often, very often. To help maintain muscle mass eat every 2-3 hours, every 2 being optimal. Spread your meals out evenly getting roughly the same amount of protein each and every meal.
As for cardio I prefer long moderate intensity. Yes, short high intensity is a great way to lose weight and it does have other benefits, but if keeping what mass you have is important to you then the moderat cardio intensity is the way to go. Keeping your leg size should be just as important to you as other muscle groups and high intensity cardio can have a severe negative effect on leg size. If you are doing high intensity cardio then the same muscle fibers that are being worked when training legs are going to be getting a lot more work while doing cardio, making recovery near imposable. Yes, there are some BB that do have success with high intensity cardio, but you'll find that the other form is pretty much the standard and for good reason.

my point was that the mentality of "if one works...2 will work better" is gonna get you hurt in the long run. overdosing, using for too long, not being smart can cause damage to your system. the "hurry hurry hurry" attitude isnt a good one to have. patience is a virtue. if youre trying to lose fat in a month cause youre going to cancun to get laid....its not worth fucking your body up. think.

^Concur.
Of course it all depends on your goals and what you are willing to tolerate in terms of sides. From my experience, once your diet is tight, then it comes down to using other means to get BF down. Clen, ECA, T3 all work when used correctly.
Diet first, though. That's the easiest way to keep fat down.

I wouldn't mess around with that stuff. I know a few people who've used it with good results but the sides are just too intense. I've also seen people use it & lose ten pounds in a short period of time only to gain most of it back after stopping.

Unfortunately, being that I'm in Phoenix, it's too dangerous to do it in the summer.

Quick question though, since you are a powerlifter what's the point of taking DNP? I know you're not to concerned with dropping a lot of weight, cause after all, wouldn't that be detrimental to what you need to get done?

Because I want to keep BF down as low as I can while still being able to meet goals.....
No use having excess BF when I don't need to.
Besides, I need to test it to see how it works for future applications.
I can't really recommend it to others if I haven't used it myself.

SO, you're doing clen and plan on adding DNP to the mix. What about the T3? You doing that too? How 'bout an EC stack? Please let us know all of your cutting supps prior to comp.

Nah I didn't get the clen, no point since getting the DNP. Been running EC for the last month, going to run it till I get the DNP then stop. Taking only 200mg of DNP for prob 7 days might not even need it that long. Have to wait and see how strong it is, I'm pretty much skin bones and muscle now, not much else I can lose, more for just that finishing touch. A sort of security blanket you could say ;)

There are some precautions you need to take with DNP.
I hope you know what they are, because people have died from overheating while training on DNP.
Just read up on it before you start cycling it.
It works better than any other dieting drug, but it's also more toxic.
