Was Lee one of the guest judges during Gustavo's impressions of Olympians past? (The Challenge Round 2005).
I'd be interested to hear Lee's reaction to that, and his recollection of the reactions of the other judges.
-
haney is a class act and always one of my favorites.
-
I will make a bet......
he'll mention the word "god" at least 12 times.
;D
-
Finally a credible bodybuilder!!

Gustavo did it during his routine not during the challenge round, but interesting question related to his routine. Gustavo said he did it out of respect to past Olympians.
-
Yea it will probably sound like a church in there but Lee is a legend.

Lee wasn't one of the guest judges. I think the ones who were there thought it was creative. Gustavo did a good job with it.

Wow. Lee Haney! That's awesome. Wait, totallee awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll take you up on that bet. It's a win for me either way. If he mentions Christ, the world benefits. If he doesn't, I still get the money.

I'm thinking this is a pretty safe bet. Most of the men I know can only count to eleven if their fly is open.
How will the audience ever reach the count of twelve? ;D
Jesus will delete this post...just watch

The Awesome Lee HANEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8) 8) 8) I look forward to it and this will actually be my first time listening to your radio. Somebody PM me when it comes out!!!! :)

I am not saying it to be mean.....maybe a little funny.
I've read a lot of stuff Haney's written & I'm sure alot of you guys on here have too.
I would have to say....he's the most religous bodybuilder that ever was....
Dennis Tinnerino would be #2

He's in the Shawn Ray category of religous nuts worshipers

It's good to see a man who is not afraid to share his devotion to Christ!

It should be very interesting to hear what Lee has to say about the state of bodybuilding is now, what is he up to, and what he sees the future of bodybuilding would be. Also, a small history of Lee's accomplishments for those who don't know, which is awesome.

I remember when Haney was Mr O & everyone considered him a freak.
Now you have Ronnie Coleman who is much bigger than Lee.
Personally...between the two....Haney's physique is more desirable to me.
It appears more "athletic" & functional as well as being large & full.

Ummm.... Lee strongly believes in God, but he doesn't feel compelled to say so all the time, like some others.
-
I'm really looking forward to hearing what he has to say.
-
judging will get a mention perhaps a question but certainly not a follow up. who cares about judging when the sport isnt serious. oh yeah we'll here the lines...we're all volunteers...oh really, since when are promoters volunteers? LOL
-
Lee wins his 1st olympia at 24? Damn impressive!
-
So what happened last night ?
-
Bob got on and talked about how great Winston "I couldn't promote my way out of a paper bag" was, and basically said "tough luck" to the athletes.
Then Haney put on a pretty good interview.
Then, Muscletech came on and spent 15 minutes telling us, *in a "neutral" interview*, what a breakthrough Gakic is, etc etc. :(
-
When is the Replay available ???

Awesome interview with Lee Haney, my favorite Olympia of all time. Hearing him bought back some great memories and I hope he'll come back for a second interview sometime soon.
-
That was laughable. I got sick of the Leukic, Gakic references so I switched off. I wonder which eastern block surname they will use for the name of their next product?
What do those words mean, anyway?
-
They are someones names.. The next product will be called Milosevic or probably SARCEV!
Who the heck got paid to come up with this idea? :-\
