Emir lost a lot of size (of course by dieting down) but looks decent. Roman looks good (always in shape).
Glad Roman pulled off the win, its not for lack of trying. He did like 3-4 shows in a years time.
Most wont do that anymore...

I think he coaches himself as well, so an old-school guy...
