Fred is a great guy. Awesome poser too. He prepped me for several NPC shows in the early 2000s. Very knowledgeable dude.
-
I did the NABBA Nationals with Fred.....really good guy.

Nick "Why use 1 sentence when you can use 45 and still get exactly the same message across"

Fred Smalls the bodybuilder isn't 60....just the football player
-
Vince is correct. Fred Smalls the bodybuilder is 47. Still looks amazing for that age!
That would just be dangerous to look that way at 60.

I wonder how Carl Hardwick will look?
-
Fred Smalls is outstanding contextually, like if he were 60.
-
Being 47 is not as impressive. With the right drugs most pros could look like that at this age....unless of course they burned themselves out. Most guys don't fall apart until their late 50's early 60's

That makes more sense. I think Nick said in the video he's 2 decades older than some others in the show... Huh?

Ronnie also tore his body down. Take a 47 yr man with no major injuries that trains smart on gear will look great..there's no reason why they shouldn't

Vincent Galanti still competes??

It's being claimed by his "team" that he is either natural/clean now or just using 10mg of test enanthate per day, I forget which. It's interesting that such a claim is even made.

He was that broken down at 47?

Yes. His injuries were starting to show. He injured his back...again at that point. Also yrs of drugs caught up with him. Take Vince Taylor for example. He didn't start competing until 36 and looked great well into his 50's. But he didn't tear his body down n I'm guessing he didn't use the gear atleast in duration as Ronnie

Then on one hand you have Don Youngblood who didn’t even life weights until his mid 30’s and went all out, heart gave out

Vince was a " pumper" what I mean is ....he trained moderate weight and high reps (pumping the blood into the muscles) he did this his whole career... and for every body part .... obviously it is amazing longevity wise ....,he still is jacked and looks great today!
