not now but he seems to be healthy doing his Yoga & weight training.
remember when he was training for the Mr O he gave it 100% so nowadays we cannot compare him to his former glory days.

Donīt think he does now as he changed his own training radically.
Look at Ronnie & Dorian 2 totally different training styles but Dorian is now in better shape...maybe just luck i donīt know.

It was the same style of training, pyramiding up the weight. Ooh, what a shocker. Bodybuilders have trained like that for decades from Reg Park, Arnold, Haney, Fox, Columbo, etc. Yates just copied other bodybuilders. No big deal. The only thing revolutionary about Yates was his drug stack. That's it.

Dorian is in much better shape than Ronnie today. Make no mistake both have fucked up their bodies using heavy weights. Dorian ripped his bicep and destroyed his tricep. I wonder if Coleman's operations made him worst? Seems like he gets more hobbled with every operation. He was walking but with pain prior to the operations and now he is a cripple barely able to stand. I wonder if the operations helped with the pain or made it worse?
Usually the moderate weight volume guys have a better long term outcome in terms of joint health. Then again just looking at shoulder operations alone I can list Arnold, Lou, Zane, Corney off the top of my head. Dickerson going into old age could barely stand because of a bad back.

The bench restrict the natural rotation of the joint. The push up is a healthy movement for the most part for the joint. Yes, shoulder pressing can ruin the joint too. I stand by what I wrote. The barbell bench has ruined so many trainers.
