It's funny actually reading the comments section to this vid. Most are reporting an increase in fat gain, not muscle gain. Like what did they expect? Low frequency, low volume but high carbs? Ridiculous.

I think it was David Young who said he saw Casey Viator training with around 16 sets a body part for the 1982 Olympia. I would say his best ever condition by far.
