I agree, but I suspect not for the same reasons as yours.

Did you know that 200 constitutional law scholars signed a letter repudiating Dershowitz constitutional analysis with regards to his opinion on Trump's impeachment?

As I’ll bet that one of those is constitutional hack, Lawrence Tribe

Would some of those be the ones that Dershowitz destroyed at Trumps impeachment trial? And yeah, it is weak. 99% of it is hearsay and trying him on his “thoughts” lol
